Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Ferron, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a 46,000-square-foot recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Questions Due Date: Dec 8th 2025, 3:00 PM MST The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Ferron City. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Ferron City Hall located at 20 East Main Street, Ferron, UT 84523, or received electronically at recorder@ferroncityutah.gov with a courtesy copy (cc) to mayor@ferroncityutah.gov and wyatt.h@jonesanddemille.com. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at Ferron City Hall, 20 East Main Street, Ferron, UT 84523. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. It is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. The Project includes the following Work: construction of a new Agricultural Center, approximately 46,000 square feet in size, to replace the historic showbarn that was lost to a fire in 2024. The project is funded through a combination of insurance proceeds and CIB (Community Impact Board) funding. The new facility will be a multi-use Agricultural Center. Demolition of the original barn and associated structures has been or will be completed by the owner and is not part of this contract. The primary structure will be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB), which has already been procured under a separate contract. Delivery of the PEMB to the site is tentatively scheduled for February 20, 2026. While the PEMB itself is provided by the owner, this contract includes: Concrete foundations, erection of the PEMB, insulation, site utility work (Gas, electrical, water, sewer, storm drain), building utilities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), fire sprinkler system, interior build-out (bathrooms, offices, finishes), concrete wash rack, ADA-compliant parking, asphalt road, site work, and all other components as detailed in the construction drawings. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $4,371,576.00. Base Bid: A quote for full project completion, including your proposed completion date.
