Site work and paving for a civil project in Matteson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
Work includes minor ditch cleaning, culvert pipes, adding base aggregate, pulverizing, asphalt paving, gravel shoulders and restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check equivalent to 5% maximum proposal. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part of a bid. Further, the Town reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid. The Town reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any item or portion of the work, or to omit portions of the work as may be deemed necessary. It is anticipated that the accepted bid will be awarded at the January 12, 2026 Town Board meeting. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
