Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Monetta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project is the Ridge Spring Monetta High School Auxiliary Gym. The building consists of a new approximately 20,000 square foot auxiliary gym on the existing school campus, located in Monetta, SC. Work includes, but is not limited to, site clearing and preparation, demolition, storm drainage and utilities, Concrete foundations and slabs, brick and concrete block masonry, Cast stone, steel bar joist, low slope roofing, aluminum canopies, Painting, light gauge metal framing and gypsum, acoustical, carpet, VCT, epoxy, hard tile, shelving and millwork, joint sealants, louvers, toilet partitions and accessories, windows, storefront, metal panels, wood and metal doors, HM frames, interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, electrical, exterior improvements, and all other elements necessary to complete the construction of the buildings and associated grounds. Performance and Payment bond may be required in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price; therefore, subcontractors and suppliers should be prepared to state the amount necessary as an alternate amount, independent of their proposal for work, should it be determined by the General Contractor to require these bonds No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receipt of bids.
