The Station BB 12kV Infrastructure Reconfiguration Project will replace existing and install new electrical infrastructure and cables that serve the Long Term Parking Garages No. 1 and No. 2, Rental Car Center, and other West Field facilities. The Contract Time is 540 total consecutive calendar days after the effective date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of construction is $8,900,000 - $10,000,000. A California Class A or C-10 license is required at the time of Bid. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 10% of the Contract Sum. Bidders are to submit their Bids through the Airport's e-Procurement portal by the specified date and time, accompanied by required documents uploaded in Portable Document Format (PDF). Detailed instructions for the preparation of Bids are set forth in Document 00 21 13 (Instructions to Bidders). In addition, the original Bid Forms and original Bid security must be mailed in a sealed envelope to the specified address and postmarked by the deadline.
