The project consists of a Re-Roof (metal roof) of the existing facility for Keytesville School District (approx. 38,000 s.f.). There will be associated extensions of the storm sewer. The project also consists of new HVAC system throughout the campus main building and Renovations to the Vo-Ag building. There will be related site work, including demolition of an existing, concrete walks, and grading. 5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work. The Keytesville School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein. All work to be one contract under a General Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Wage Determination: Annual Wage Order No. 32 for Chariton County. The Wage Order has been issued by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. Copies of the Determination are a part of the bid documents.
