Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Keytesville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project consists of constructing approximately 830 feet of drainage trench, approximately 960 feet of new sidewalk, and approximately 3,420 square yards of new 8-inch thick reinforced concrete around the Chariton County Courthouse. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis for the bid items indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders must obtain their bid documents from Howe Company, LLC or www.howecompany.com and be on the plan holders list to bid the project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
