Renovation of a museum in Maplewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade museum.
The project consists of furnishing and installing a new wet sprinkler system, including all piping with either upright or horizontal sidewall sprinkler heads, as described in the specifications. Sealed bids are to be submitted according to the specifications and labeling requirements. Bidders are required to comply with New Jersey statutory requirements, such as submission of a Business Registration Certificate, disclosure of stockholders owning ten percent or greater of the bidding corporation or partnership, and adherence to the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities if deemed in its best interest. Question Deadline 12/02/2025 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Township of Maplewood, 574 Valley Street, MAPLEWOOD, NJ 07040. Any inquiry received nine (9) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration.
