As of April 8, 2026, a design builder has been selected for the project. Per the owner, the project is in the scoping phase and finalizing the design. Construction has not started as of yet and a firm timeline has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The scope of work consists of designing (in collaboration with the Town's design engineer, CSO Architects) and constructing an operations facility for the Department of Public Works (DPW). This facility will house approximately 18 employees and the equipment, vehicles, and supplies primarily of the Streets and Stormwater Divisions of the DPW, currently located at the Municipal Services Building on Parkway Drive. The components of the project include: Office Building (+/- 5300 sf); Heated vehicle garage (+/- 30,000 sf); Cold storage barn (+/- 10,000 sf); Salt storage barn (+/- 6000 sf); Outdoor bulk material storage; and Outdoor equipment storage. Responses must be submitted by the designated deadline; late submissions will not be accepted. Evaluation of responses will be based on Experience & Expertise, & Past Performance (35%), Proposed Project Approach & Management Team (35%), Offeror's Financial Condition (20%), and Proposed Scoping Costs (10%).
