Renovation of a medical facility in Dunlap, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,770-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
*As of January 2, 2025 this project has been awarded to Bailey Contracting for $348,147.68. Invitation to provide a bid for a limited amount of renovation to the Sequatchie County Health Department located at 16939 Rankin Avenue, Dunlap, TN 37327. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids must be received at the Sequatchie County Mayor's Office. Contract documents, including instructions to bidders, will be available from the architect of record. A pre-bid conference will take place at the project site. The successful bidder must furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Tennessee law. Sequatchie County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder on alternatives or changes to the bid and to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids. A bid bond or certified check for 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond in the amount of the bid and be licensed as a contractor of Sequatchie County before starting work.
