The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof.. Doc Notes: Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Ashley Architects, 125 East Jefferson Street, Syracuse, New York 13202. After receiving the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. Documents may also be viewed free of charge at the Plan Holder's website.
