Elmcrest Elementary N.Y.S.E.D. No. 42-15-01-06-0-015-008 Willowfield Elementary N.Y.S.E.D. No. 42-15-01-06-0-024-011 Morgan Road Complex N.Y.S.E.D. No. 42-15-01-06-0-018-020 The project consists of renovations and Sitework at the following district buildings: Elmcrest Elementary Willowfield Elementary Morgan Road Complex Question Deadline 12/12/2025 All pre-bid questions or requests for information (RFI) shall be in writing and may be submitted in email format to all of the following: Campus Construction Management: David Butts: dbutts@campuscmg.com Jacob Hinman: jhinman@campuscmg.com.Ashley Architects: Dan Donovan: donovan@ashley.com Greg Warner: warner@ashley.com. Verbal inquiries will not be accepted. All questions warranting response shall be addressed by addendum to all plan holders. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof.. Doc Notes: Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Ashley Architects, 125 East Jefferson Street, Syracuse, New York 13202. After receiving the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. Documents may also be viewed free of charge at the Plan Holder's website. Schedule of Milestone Dates 1. Willowfield: April 2026 - December 2028 (See Phasing Schedule) 2. Elmcrest: April 2026 - September 2027 (See Phasing Schedule) 3. Morgan Road Complex - June 2026 - September 2027 (See Phasing Schedule) All work required for temperature controls will be provided by the Owner through their existing building controls provider, Day Automation (Temperature Controls Contract), coordinate controls requirements with provider. Controls actuators, dampers, valves, wells, and meters to be furnished by Day Automation for their installation by the Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor (Contract #102). Removal of existing where applicable for installation of new is by HVAC Contractor. HVAC Contractor will be responsible for all necessary cutting, patching and or painting. Access Doors, Variable Frequency Drives, Motor Starters and/or disconnects are to be furnished and installed by HVAC Contractor, not Day Automation. The Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor (Contract #102) is notified that final balancing of systems and the submission of final balance reports are required to achieve substantial completion. It is of vital importance this work is completed in a timely manner. Contractor shall plan work to ensure balancing and reporting is completed at Substantial Completion. Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor (Contract #102) Contract specific selective demolition: All mechanical demolition, including equipment, hangers, piping, insulation, to facilitate the Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor Scope of Work, or to meet code requirements. Surfaces scheduled to receive new finishes per the room finish schedule are to be patched and ready to receive the new finish. Any cutting or opening needed in roof deck to fulfill work of this contract coordinate with General Trades Contractor (Contract #101) Cutting of openings required for ductwork or louvers in existing partitions Any necessary structural support of new openings is to be laid out by the HVAC Contractor but penetrations made by the General Trades Contractor (Contract #101) All floor cutting/infilling required to fulfill this contracts scope of work - any areas requiring floor cutting for newly furnished equipment.
