Painting of exposed piping, HVAC ductwork and conduit in Mechanical Rooms, Boiler Rooms, Electrical Rooms, roof, and the building exterior shall be by the installing Contractor as noted on the Contract Documents. "Occupiable spaces" means areas where the students and staff would normally be permitted.
