Reference Number 0000404559 Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No This contract consists of but not limited to placing approximately 16,500 tons of Stone Matrix Asphalt (Grading S & SX) (PG 76-28) including associated traffic control, asphalt planing, various asphalt patching, manhole/water valve adjustments and the installation of new pavement markings. The Town shall have the option to renew this contract for subsequent years (with price adjustment) per the General Notes of the contract. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
