Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Harbor Beach, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
As of December 19, 2025 Project has been awarded to Plester Tiling and Pit Run Gravel for $5.00 per yard The City is seeking proposals for the supply of material and trucking of material to the North Park Campground expansion project. Required materials include approximately 1500 cubic yards of clean fill, 600 yards of crushed concrete, 600 yards of 22A road gravel, and 600 yards of pit run gravel. Trucking may be included in the proposal, or the City may arrange to have material moved. The City is interested in parties able to truck material from various sites to the project site. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope, properly marked to identify the bid, to the City of Harbor Beach at 766 State Street, Harbor Beach, MI 48441 by noon on the specified deadline. Submissions may be delivered by mail, delivery service, or by courier. Faxed and e-mailed proposals will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to accept the bid determined to be the most advantageous.
