Work generally consists of replacement of the existing natural grass field and dirt track with a new synthetic turf field and all-weather track which includes grading, excavation, installation of asphalt concrete pavement and synthetic track surface, crushed rock base, synthetic turf, subdrains, fencing, concrete sidewalk, electrical conduits, tree pruning, and other related work. The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.725%, capped at $5,000, to Sicommnet on the total dollar amount of goods or services purchased through the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (HEPS). The transaction fee applies to all purchases whether through the purchase order, contract, or e catalog regardless of the quantity or dollar amount of the purchase. Payment shall be made by the awarded vendor to Sicommnet within thirty (30) days from receipt of invoice.
