Site work for a water / sewer project in McHenry, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water tank for rehabilitation.
As of December 18, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. McHenry County is requesting bids from qualified janitorial service providers for the Division of Transportation, 16111 Nelson Road, Woodstock, IL. The term of this contract is anticipated to be January 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026 with an additional, option year from 12/1/26-11/30/27, subject to continuing need and availability of funds. Restroom and Locker Room Cleaning a. Daily Empty all waste containers and change liners daily - use colored bags Clean and sanitize inner and outer surfaces of toilet bowls and urinals Clean and sanitize wash bowls and counters Clean mirrors and polish bright work Restock soap, paper towels and toilet paper Clean and sanitize shower area Spot clean partitions, walls, and doors, top of dividers and horizontal surfaces Dust mop floors w/chemically treated mop Wet mop floors using green certified solution, mop, bucket, and wringer b.
