The project involves the Street Light Maintenance Project for the City of Bonita Springs. Qualified contractors are invited to submit sealed bids. All bids must be prepared using the Bid Form provided by the City, properly signed, and submitted with one original, two copies, and a flash drive, including all required attachments. Submissions must remain a firm offer for up to ninety days from the public opening. The selected contractor(s) will be required to enter into a contract using the City’s forms. There is a requirement for bidders to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. The City reserves the right to amend or clarify requirements, reject any or all bids, waive defects, re-advertise, and select the bid that best meets the City's requirements. All project amendments or clarifications will be posted on the City’s website, and it is the responsibility of the contractor to check for updates.
