Site work for a water / sewer project in Allyn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
This project consists of consolidating the Port of Allyn Water System and the Allyn-Carey Water System through the construction and installation of water main connections, a combination pressure reducing/sustaining valve, well site electrical and control upgrades, discharge manifold construction, hot taps, roadway restoration, and related work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Port's Water System Plan & Design and Construction Standards, applicable state and local requirements, and the referenced project drawings and specifications. Bidders must submit sealed physical envelopes; no electronic submissions are accepted. A certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to Port of Allyn, is required with each bid. The Port has the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security, missing data required by the bidding document, or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. General contractors and all subcontractors must meet DWSRF requirements and provisions. All work performed will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. All contractors must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises including Small, Minority, and Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
