Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hammondsport, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a 6,600-square-foot, one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Work includes fine grading of subbase for pedestrian asphalt (approximately 6,600 square feet) after preparation by others, furnishing and installation of 2.5” Type 3 binder course for pedestrian asphalt areas, and furnishing and installation of 1.5” of Type 7 top course for pedestrian asphalt areas. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Curtiss Park Pedestrian Asphalt Bid.” Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. The Town of Urbana reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the Town. Prevailing wage rates apply. Sales tax on materials is excluded from bid pricing. Total MWBE participation goals are set at 10%.
