Site work for a water / sewer project in Eureka, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to develop a final design and design report to address approximately 100 ft of eroding bank along Yellowhawk Creek that is causing water quality concerns and impacting adjacent ground. The design report should cover hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, construction quantities and final construction cost estimate, and the information required to secure local, state, and federal permits, likely including no rise analysis and shoreline exemption. The project is intended for implementation during the 2026 in-water work window, which generally occurs between July 15 and September 30. Due to the short turn around on this project, the final design and design report would need to be finished by March 31, 2026. Proposals must include the following components and will be ranked accordingly: Qualifications (3 pts), Relevant Experience and Previous Performance (5 pts), and Project Management Approach (2 pts).
