BID - DVA - WVH - Bathing Suite Remodel Project no-10310-2025-03 DESCRIPTION OF WORK (ALTERATIONS) A. Scope of Alterations work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 2,676 square feet. Scope includes the remodel of twelve bathing suites in two phases, one room per wing (4 on first floor, 8 on second floor). Six remodeled rooms will remain tub rooms, and six remodeled shower rooms are to serve as bariatric showers. Tub rooms receive new epoxy flooring and base, new privacy curtains (one new curtain track), and new plumbing connection box. Shower rooms remove tub and convert to large roll-in shower area. Cut and demo concrete floor slab. Repour slab with slope to central trench drain. Move water connections for new shower head and shower controls. New braced Unistrut for a shower curtain track. Provide new wallboards at shower back controls wall. Shower rooms receive new epoxy flooring, base, and shower wall surface. New privacy curtain, new shower curtains (two new curtain tracks). Minor electrical work. Minor plumbing work. No fire sprinkler work. NOTE ON CONTRACT SCOPE: Epoxy finish is by owners epoxy contractor epoxy not in scope for GC. Contractor is required to coordinate work with owners epoxy contractor.
