Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Orchard, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project has been Rebid This contract is a roadway improvement project which provides for the widening of the existing roadway for corridor improvements to Lund Ave, including a roundabout at the Lund Ave/Harris Rd intersection, 5-foot bike lanes, 10-foot sidewalks, new stormwater conveyance, a bioretention facility and infiltration vault, illumination, and landscaping with irrigation. The proposed work consists of preparation, excavation, erosion control and planting, paving, traffic safety and control, and other related work in accordance with the contract documents. Bidders must submit a complete bid proposal including a Proposal Form, Bid Bond, Bidder Responsibility Statement, Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Subcontractor List, and Proposal for Incorporating Recycled Materials into the Project. All items must be complete in all respects, including required signatures, and bidders must acknowledge receipt of all addendums. The successful bidder will be required to submit a photocopy of their current Washington State Contractors Registration. The engineer's estimate ranges from $2,500,000 - $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
