Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Orchard, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The requirement is for contractor services to replace the existing pipelines located beneath the float platform at the North West Fisheries Science Center's Manchester Research Station Marine Floating Complex. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the pipeline replacement in accordance with the Statement of Work. Work must begin within fourteen days of contract award and be completed by 17 April 2026. All invoicing shall be billed in arrears, and pricing must include unit and total costs for the full requirement. A detailed technical approach and documentation of relevant experience are required with the quote, describing how the contractor will perform the work without simply restating the Statement of Work. The contractor must have an active SAM registration and include UEID/CAGE information. Email submission of quotes is required, and the Government may award based on initial quotes without discussions. A site visit is recommended for vendors to assess all conditions affecting performance, and questions must be submitted electronically in writing. Provide all labor, dive team, marine services, crane services, equipment, supervision, materials not provided by the government, and incidentals required to replace the existing pipelines under the float platform at Manchester Research Station in Port Orchard, WA in accordance with the attached statement of work. Solicitation number 1333MF26Q0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for contractor services required to replace the existing pipelines under the float platform. Place of Performance is the NWFSC Manchester Research Station Marine Floating Complex located at 7305 Beach Drive, Port Orchard, WA 98366. Period of performance shall be: the contractor shall schedule work to start within 14 days of contract award. Contractor shall complete work by 17 April 2026.
