Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Port Orchard, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility.
Solicit proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced firms to provide construction management services for a new 276 stall park and ride facility in Port Orchard, WA. The work includes construction of three bus shelters, pedestrian walkways, frontage and utility improvements along Sidney Road, stormwater treatment and flow control facilities, and enhanced wetland buffer plantings. Site work will involve the demolition of existing structures, grading, and the installation of new infrastructure designed to meet the standards of the City of Port Orchard and the Washington State Department of Ecology. Disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
