The EC/CM will NOT be bidding on this bid package. Pre Bid Meeting No pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for this bid package Bid Guarantee None Required. Bonding A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract amount will be required upon entering into an agreement with the EC/CM. Questions must be submitted in writing (email) to Todd Prentiss at toddp@velectric.com . Questions received by phone will not be answered. All written questions received will be documented and answers will be provided by addendum. The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00pm on October 14th, 2025. Any question submitted after this deadline may not be responded to. Valley Electric has an aspirational Project inclusion goal of 25% of this scope of work to be allocated for Small Business Entities (SBE), and Disadvantaged (DBE), Minority, or Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE). Bidders must submit the percentage amount of SBE/DBE/MWBE that is including in their scope of work as part of their proposal. The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00pm on October 14th, 2025 as per Addendum 1, Any question submitted after this deadline may not be responded to.
