Groundskeeping services at the NOAA Manchester Research Station include maintaining approximately 10 acres of landscaped areas and 3 acres of natural areas. The contractor is responsible for mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, leaf removal, and general upkeep of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds. Services also include irrigation system monitoring, seasonal fertilization, pest control, and removal of invasive species. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work and ensure the grounds are kept in a neat, clean, and professional condition throughout the year. Location: NOAA Manchester Research Station, 7305 Beach Drive East, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
