Description

Site work for a civil project in Port Orchard, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; and one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

The services to be provided consist of civil design, including roadway, box culvert or bridge, and utility design and coordination (PS&E); geotechnical and creek hydraulic design; environmental permitting and cultural resource review; easement acquisition; and potential future construction phase support. Services must include oversight in accordance with Department of Ecology critical area requirements, City of Port Orchard Public Works Engineering Standards, and all applicable regulations. Bidders are instructed that submittals should include firm name, phone and fax numbers, name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager, and number of employees in each firm proposed to the project. Proposals should be limited to two sheets, double sided (if mailed or hand carried), excluding resume, cover sheet, and cover letter. Submit three copies and/or one electronic PDF copy of the Statement of Qualifications. Submittals will not be accepted after the specified time and date.
