Demolition, site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Sonora, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Retaining Wall Replacement Project to demolish an existing retaining wall and replace it with a new retaining wall in conformance with the plans and specifications prepared by Ardurra as approved by the City of Sonora Building Department under permit number B24-0025, including all plans and specifications included therewith. All contractors submitting bids must be on the current list of approved contractors. Milestones and liquidated damages are defined in the contract documents, and all contractors must have a valid and active Class A or Class B license at the time of bid and throughout the contract. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to the contract documents. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference. Each bidder must submit a list of designated subcontractors and comply with all legal, licensing, and labor code requirements. Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount, are required. Substitution requests must be made at the time of bid on the specified form. The work period is 180 days.
