The City of Tuscaloosa seeks the services of a professional firm with the knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide professional engineering and related services to assist with the relocation of water and sanitary sewer utilities for the ALDOT project TRC-NH-0069(540), which involves SR-69 intersection improvements from Plantation Road to the I-59 Overpass. The general project limits are along Hwy 69 from the I20/59 northbound I-359 ramp to Mimosa Park Road and along Skyland Blvd from Hwy 69 to Old Greensboro Road. The firm must comply with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations related to the services provided, including all acts, rules, regulations, guidelines, and circulars from relevant federal departments, agencies, administrations, and commissions related to the funding source. The City reserves the right, subject to written negotiation and agreement, to expand or limit the scope of services as needed. The selected firm must have sufficient personnel to complete the required tasks efficiently and on time and would be expected to enter into a contract based on a negotiated fee structure.
