Site work for a water / sewer project in Marlton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the specifications and shown on the plans. The estimated item quantities include mobilization, test pits, drilling well, inner casing, outer casing, screens and intermediate blanks, well development, fence replacement, well abandonment, and demobilization. Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form as designated and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority. The bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond, or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, not to exceed $20,000. All bid guarantees must be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance and Maintenance Bonds upon the award of contract. The accepted bidder must sign the contract within ten days after the Notice of Award or forfeit the bid security.
