Sealed bids are requested for Cherokee High School Access Control, Nurses Suite Renovations, and Classroom Upgrades. Bids must be submitted as an overall lump sum and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the Bidder and the Work being bid, including the relevant Bid Numbers. The Bidder, or its sub-contractors, shall be classified by the State of New Jersey – Division of Property Management and Construction in the following classifications: C009 General Construction/Alterations & Additions. Additionally, the Bidder must name and provide required pre-qualification information for the following Subcontractors: C029 Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron, C030 Plumbing (copy of license must be included), C032 HVACR (copy of license must be included), and C047 Electrical (copy of license must be included). Evidence of current pre-qualifications, including "Notice of Classification," "Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts," and a Business Registration Certificate, must be included with the bid. Bidding must conform to all relevant requirements of NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., the Public School Contracts Law. The Lenape Regional High School District Board of Education reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part, select any combination of bids and alternates, waive informalities, or reject any or all bids as it sees fit.
