Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Alma, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Construction of a new centralized wastewater treatment plant including new headworks, grit removal, process building (pre-engineered metal building), secondary treatment process and associated concrete basins, aeration system, blowers, lift station, UV disinfection system, and all necessary ancillary piping, electrical, controls, earthwork, and biosolids removal and disposal. Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from another source. All official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither the owner nor engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, if obtained from sources other than the designated website.
