Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Toronto, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer pump station including installation of two new grinder pumps, wet and dry wells, a concrete pad, full-depth street replacement with curb and gutter, new sanitary and storm sewer lines, new storm and sanitary manholes, and storm sewer inlet replacement. Bidders must submit their bid using a one-envelope system, labeled with the name and address of the bidder, indication that the bid is for Task 4 - North Pump Station, and received by The City of Toronto. Bids will be publicly read aloud and the apparent low bidder will be named. Compliance with bid opening requirements as outlined on the Bid Opening Checklist is necessary.
