COMPLETION DATE: 60 DAYS FROM NOTICE TO PROCEED General Demolition 300 Market Street Toronto, OH 43964 A. This project consists primarily of the general demolition of the existing structures on this property while preventing damage to adjacent properties. Work also includes the safe removal of all debris from the entire property. B. Demolition work generally includes all labor and materials required for the removal of the existing materials except as noted. See Section 02050 Selective Demolition. C. Verification of existing conditions is the responsibility of the Bidder/Contractor. Due to the deteriorated state of the existing building, these existing conditions may only be verified once the process of demolition begins. Once it is determined that the Documents reflect (or do not) to those conditions, and any adjustments in cost and time is made, all subsequent work shall be based on these existing conditions and shall be included in the Contract Price. No claim for extra costs shall be made by this contractor due to nonconformance of this work with existing conditions. D. Perform the work under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract which shall consist of labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to completion of the Work shown on the Drawings and as described in the Project Manual. E. The Contractor shall limit his use of the premises for execution of the Work and for storage. F. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for the protection and safekeeping of the worksite and material stored on the site under the Contract. G. The Contractor shall abide by all local ordinances regarding parking, loading, noise control.
