Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Coats, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of site work related to converting an existing concrete paved parking lot into a community space for the residents of Coats. An existing pergola will be removed and returned to the Owner, as feasible. Artificial turf and drain tiles will be installed to create a lawn space. The scope includes concrete pavement demolition as well as new concrete paving, including colored and stamped concrete. Site electrical improvements, such as food truck pedestals and catenary lighting, are also included in the project scope. Additionally, site furnishings will need to be provided by the contractor.
