Installation of 3045 LF of 12"-15" Sewer Line, and new Lift Station. Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the total of the bid submitted, made payable to TOWN OF PECOS CITY as a bid guarantee that bidder will enter into contract and execute bond and work guaranty in the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. Bids without the required check or bid bond will not be considered. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 All RFIs by Contractors during the bidding process must be submitted to the Engineer by typed, electronic means. Bidders should submit all RFIs via the CivCast USA website page set up for this project, Each RFI shall be made in writing to the engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive all technicalities and to accept the proposals/bids they deem to be in their best interest. Owner will make contractor selection based on quality and best value. Bid prices will be considered along with bidder's qualifications and capacity to perform, recommended start date, contract duration and other factors.
