Site work for a water / sewer project in Farson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of a fish barrier and modifications to an existing spillway along Little Sandy Creek in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The work includes cast-in-place concrete, earthwork, rip rap placement, culvert and headgate installation, and miscellaneous work. Bids are to be submitted through the Public Purchase online system, using State of Wyoming forms. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the Public Purchase website for answers, addenda, or bid tabulations. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to its commencement. Each bidder must provide a bid deposit of 10% of the total bid if the amount exceeds $150,000, in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, or electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Only original bid bond or cashier checks are accepted if not using Surety 2000; copies are not permitted. If using Surety 2000, upload the Surety 2000 document with your bid response. Bidders must represent the company they are employed by at the pre-bid meeting. Only bids from those attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting and having signed the attendance sheet will be considered. Closing date for questions submitted via Public Purchase 01/06/2026 5:00 p.m.
