Site work for an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility.
Bids are invited for Projects: SO-1848 Forest View Elementary Bus Lane. Bid documents will be available on the School District's website or the State of Michigan procurement site. Bids must be delivered to the Lansing School District Purchasing Office before 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, December 18, 2025. All bids must include a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit disclosing any familial relationships between the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. Bids without this affidavit will not be accepted. Each bid must also be accompanied by a bid security bond of 5%. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, waive informalities or irregularities, or award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest financial bidder at its sole discretion.
