Renovation of an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Job No: 2616.18, 2616.07, 2616.15, 2616.17 SES Project # 25 0588 25 RDA No. 25041-D, 25041-A, 25041-C Projects include SB-0067 Forest View Elementary AC Improvements, SB-0068 Gier Park Elementary AC Improvements, SB-0069 Post Oak Elementary AC Improvements, and SB-0070 Dwight Rich Elementary AC Improvements for the Lansing School District. Bidding documents will be available on the School District's website or the State of Michigan procurement site. A virtual pre-bid meeting is highly recommended for all bidders. Bids must be received at the Lansing School District Purchasing Office before 2:00 pm local time on the specified date. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. The School District shall not accept a bid without this affidavit. A bid security bond of 5% is required with each bid. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities, or to award the contract to a bidder other than the low bidder, at its sole and absolute discretion.
