Renovation of a medical facility in Charlottesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,247-square-foot, 14-room medical facility.
Kjellstrom and Lee, Inc. is excited to partner with UVA University Hospital on a Guided Ultrasound & MRI Expansion project. Subcontractor bids are being solicited for selective demolition, architectural woodwork, applied fireproofing, firestopping and sealants, doors/frames/hardware, ICU/CCU entrances, interior glazing, metal framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings, tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, resinous flooring, painting, cubicle curtains and track, wall and door protection, toilet accessories, fire protection cabinets, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC and controls, electrical and fire alarm systems.
