Renovation of a military facility in Tukwila, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The requirement is for the replacement and installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services Building. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and provide services under a firm-fixed price contract. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $25 million. The source selection will be based on best value criteria as outlined in the forthcoming RFQ. The period of performance for the installation shall not exceed 90 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Location: 12500 Tukwila International Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98168-2505.
