Tukwila School District will receive sealed bids for the Tukwila Elementary School Security Fence Project. All work completed for Tukwila School District will be considered a public works project with prevailing wage documentation required. The estimated construction cost range is $100,000-$150,000. All interested bidder contractors and subcontractors are invited to attend the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and project site review with the Architect/Engineer and Owner, held at the project site, Tukwila Elementary School. Estimated construction cost range is $100,000-$150,000. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents. In summary, and without force and effect on the Contract Documents the Work consists of the following: 1. Description of Work: The Project consists of installing galvanized chain link fencing and black vinyl chain link fencing around Tukwila Elementary School as indicated on the drawings. Additional chain link gates and clearing and grubbing are indicated on the drawings. 2. Base and Alternate Bids: The Contract Documents indicate the scope of work for Base Bid work. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for determining all areas and quantities. B. 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract with a fixed Contract Sum. 1.04 WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. 1.05 OWNER-FURNISHED PRODUCTS A. Owner will furnish products indicated.
