Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Tukwila, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Weatherization Department is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide weatherization and repair services for the homes of low-income owners and renters participating in the weatherization assistance program. Selected firms will be responsible for weatherizing and/or repairing these homes. Any questions or requests for further information or clarification must be directed to Heather Hurt, in writing or through email to HeatherE@kcha.org and cc energyconservation@kcha.org or through US mail (please use certified mail) to 700 Andover Park West, Tukwila, WA 98188. All questions must be received no later than Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
