Separate sealed bids are sought for Capital Improvements at Wing Elementary School, specifically for Playground Reconstruction and Localized Tile Abatement. The School District outlines that bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the contract name, contract number, and opening date clearly visible to be valid. Bids submitted via phone, fax, or email will not be accepted. Digital sets of Contract Documents can be downloaded online for a non-refundable fee, or hard copies can be obtained for a deposit. Any required addenda will be sent to registered plan holders. Bidders who opt for hard copies are responsible for acquiring any hard copy addenda. The bid deposit for hard copies will be refunded if returned in good condition within thirty days post-bid. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference walk-through is scheduled for prospective bidders, and attendance is strongly encouraged. AMBIGUITIES, INTERPRETATIONS, AND ADDENDA A. No oral interpretations, instructions, or explanation of the bid documents will be given prior to the opening of the bids.
