The services of the contractor are to be of a scope and quality performed in a reasonable, diligent, and careful manner. Removal of old flooring and installation of new flooring, interior painting and renovation of mens, womens, and staff restrooms shall be provided in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism, skill, workmanship, and applicable trade practice and shall conform to all applicable codes and regulations: See attached floor plans of the senior center facility. 1. Prepare the painting of all interior walls (repair and clean) in the senior center facility, priming the walls and paint. 2. Remove existing floor tiles and floor boards and replace them with new commercial grade floor tiles and floor boards throughout the senior center facility. 3. Provide labor, supplies, parts, and equipment for replacement of floor titles. 4. Mens, Womens and Staff restrooms. a. Removal of all restroom sink compartments, counters, faucets, hard wares, pipes, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and mirrors.b. Removal of restroom urinals, toilet bowls and restroom stall dividers. Removal of shower stalls, faucets, hard wares, and benches. Remove trash dispenser units. e. Install new restroom sink compartments, counters, faucets, hard wares, pipes, soap dispenser, automatic hand dryers and mirrors. f. Install new restroom urinals, toilet bowls and restroom stall dividers. g. Install new shower stalls, faucets, hard wares and benches. h. Install new trash dispenser units.
