Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Window Rock, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Navajo Nation Department of Fish and Wildlife is requesting proposals to design and build a new egg rearing building at the Tribal Fish Hatchery located in Toadlena, NM. The new egg building should be built to align with current hatchery operations and compatible with the new rearing facility. The selection will be based on overall price, services, and performance and reliability of the proposers. NNDFW needs are outlined in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). The Navajo Nation is a sovereign government and all contracts entered into as a results of this RFP shall comply with Navajo Nation law, rules and regulations, including the Navajo Preference in Employment Act, and applicable federal laws, rules and regulations. The payment procedures established by the Division of Finance shall be adhered to and are to begin whenever goods are delivered and accepted. SPECIFICATIONS: 18' X 52' egg building 4 Fiberglass raceways or equivalent All necessary aquaculture appurtenances for rearing of Rainbow Trout eggs and fry All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical necessities for hatching fish eggs and caring for fry Egg building must be designed and built to accommodate water flow from wells and spring box Egg building must be designed and built to accommodate water flow from building to new rearing building
