Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Window Rock, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10-unit multi-residential development.
The Navajo Housing Authority is seeking proposals from Design/Build firms to provide professional services including assessments, planning, and design. The selected firm will deliver limited professional Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services and complete the construction of two apartment complexes, each consisting of five units (ten units total), with a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and studio apartments ranging from approximately 800 to 1220 square feet of habitable space. Features include pavilions with barbecue/fire pits and planters. The project is located in Window Rock, Apache County, Arizona. Preference will be given to Indian-Owned Businesses, Indian Organizations, and Indian-Owned Economic Enterprises according to applicable federal regulations.
