Lyon County Facilities is requesting proposals for a two year contract for landscaping maintenance for our Yerington Facilities and for Dressler Park in Smith Valley Attached are the proposals for each area. The provider may bid on one and/or both areas. After evaluating the submitted bids, the County may select the bids for each area separately. The landscaping contracts are for two (2) nine (9) month periods from March 1st to November 30th of 2026 and March 1st to November 30th of 2027. Please review the proposals that are attached.
