Remodeling of an office development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade office development.

The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install the office modular wall system in the Ed Center. All bids must be submitted on the provided form, be responsive, and will not be accepted electronically. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. The work must comply with the California Labor Code, Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, and prevailing wage requirements. The project is subject to labor compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. All COVID-19-related public health requirements must be followed. Only prequalified bidders are eligible to submit bids, and any non-prequalified bids or bids listing non-prequalified subcontractors will be deemed nonresponsive. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required, and the Site Visit Certification must be submitted with the bid. All site participants must sign in. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive irregularities. Pre-qualification requirements: To bid on this project, the bidder must be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations and possess an active State of California Contractor License B. Only prequalified bidders and subcontractors holding specific licenses (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46) may be listed, provided they are prequalified as well.
