Site work for a civil project in Lake Jackson, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Lake Jackson, Brazoria County, Texas is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors for furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, tools, equipment, labor and supervision for the Lift Station No. 1 and Force Main Replacement. No bid may be withdrawn or terminated for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening date without the written consent of the Engineer. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 12:00 PM CT change from Question Deadline 01/09/2026 Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered All bids shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or a Certified or Cashier's Check upon a State or National Bank of the State of Texas in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid amount. The City of Lake Jackson reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous. This is a "Public Works" project and provisions of the "Prevailing Wage Law on Public Work in Texas" must be complied with. Prevailing Wages for Brazoria County, Texas is a part of this contract. Modesto Mundo Technical overview 1. 9.25 MGD Lift Station a. 18' ID Circular Wet Well with Canopy Covering and Trolley Hoist. b. 3 submersible pumps with VFDs. c. New CMU Electrical Building. d. New 350 kW Generator. e. Misc. Site Improvements, Grading, and Paving. 2. New 24" HDPE (DR-17) force main. 3. Connection to existing headworks. 4. Demolition of existing lift station. Dyson-Campbell Water Reclamation Center - 151 Canna Lake, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566 2. Existing Lift Station - Located northwest of the intersection of SH-288 Frontage Road and Oak Drive. a. The contract award is expected to occur in February 2026 Access to the Project Site/Landowner Restrictions A. Contractor to coordinate access to the Dyson Campbell Water Reclamation Center with the Public Works Staff. B. Contractor to always provide access to existing lift station. Contractor is responsible for coordinating with Public Works for access to the existing lift station during the proposed construction. C. Contractor is allowed to use the City's drainage easement for laydown area during construction and restore to existing conditions after demobilizing from project area. 2.05 Directions for Site Tour 1.
